One major factor that plays into our projects are sustainability and the environmental concerns associated with our current projects. When most people envision environmental concerns and construction, they think of either expensive materials or a lack in quality. We do not believe this to be the case. The first phase in our projects are the pre-construction services. While this may seem broad, we believe it is the most critical part of any project as it entails all the planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Having this part of the project nailed down is vital to an efficient project, reducing the time-to-completion and cutting costs.

Within these services, we evaluate the entirety of the project and make suggestions based on what is (from our experience) the most practical and efficient approaches to completing the project. Our evaluation includes the cost and availability of our labor and materials. This means ensuring that the required materials arrive at critical times to ensure our labor remains on a successful track. This also includes analyzing the installation and other costs as well as weighing alternative material and designs.

The second phase of the process is the actual execution of the project. This is where our preparation and planning becomes most visible. Our on-site project manager coordinates and directs every activity to ensure excellence in every detail. 

One way that we measure our quality control is through pictures. We love to photograph every detail from the project to show our clients the detail that went into completing the project. After the project is done, you will receive a photo album of sometimes close to 500 images showing every excruciating detail of the project so you know without a doubt that your building is built to endure.

For us, the final stage of the process, post-construction, is our favorite. This is when we can step back together with our clients and look at what we accomplished as a team. After weeks and sometimes months of working together, we build strong working relationships with our clients and getting to walk through the project together at the end is our favorite part.
